Building the right team around a real opportunity doesn’t happen all at once. It happens in stages, and you know you’re onto something when people with nothing to prove are interested in being part of it.

That’s why I’m excited to share that Paul Schaut has joined SparxWorks as an Advisor.

Paul is an 8-time CEO and independent board director who has served on more than 30 boards across CPG, retail, healthcare, and enterprise technology. Over the course of his career, he has led companies through every stage of growth, from early formation through significant financings and successful exits. His experience includes board and executive leadership roles at iCrossing, a search and digital marketing pioneer that anticipated the move to AI-driven conversational discovery, Aqfer, a marketing data infrastructure platform serving many of the world’s largest marketing organizations, and Label Insight, a CPG product transparency platform deeply embedded in the retail ecosystem.

As we continue building DOME, our AI-powered interaction and presentation layer focused on transforming how brands connect with consumers, having someone with Paul’s depth across CPG, retail technology, and capital markets is exactly what this company needs right now. Paul looked at the opportunity, the team, and the timing, and decided he wanted to be part of it. That means a great deal to us.
