One of the most important things in building a company is finding the right people to help shape the journey.

That’s why I’m incredibly excited to share that John Federman has joined SparxWorks as an Advisor.

Over the past few months, I’ve had the opportunity to spend time with John discussing technology, AI, growth, market opportunities, and what it takes to build and scale meaningful companies. What immediately stood out to me was not only his experience, but the way he approaches business: direct, thoughtful, strategic, and deeply grounded in execution.

John is a highly accomplished technology and media executive, serial CEO, board member, and growth strategist with more than 25 years of experience building and scaling innovative SaaS, data, analytics, media, and eCommerce platforms. Over the course of his career, he has led transformative companies through growth, fundraising, operational scale, strategic partnerships, and successful exits. His experience includes serving as a 7X CEO, leadership roles at companies including Webcollage and Searchandise Commerce, and serving as Board Advisor and Chief Corporate Development Officer at Salsify.

As we continue building DOME (Dynamic Omni Media Experience), our AI-powered interaction and presentation layer focused on transforming how brands connect with consumers, having someone with John’s experience, perspective, and operational insight involved at this stage is incredibly meaningful for our team.
